Do I Receive a Blower with My Inflatable Purchase?

Yes, your blower is included with every inflatable purchase from Bounce House World. Each inflatable comes with a Blower, known for its durability and safety features. You don't need to take any extra steps to receive your free blower; it will be automatically packed with your shipment. You can also add additional blowers at a discounted price with no extra shipping charges.

When Will My Inflatable Arrive?

From order placement, please expect a delivery timeframe of 30 to 60 days, which includes processing, international shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery to your location.

What's Your Return Policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Inflatables must be shrink-wrapped and banded to their pallet. We'll arrange the freight for your return once your item is ready. If your item was shipped via FedEx, you can return it using any trackable shipping method. Please note that if you're returning an inflatable via freight, a 25% restocking fee applies. There is no restocking fee if you exchange your inflatable for another item of equal or greater value. To initiate a return, contact us at 1-(888)-277-0330 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

What Is Your Warranty?

LIMITED WARRANTY: Bounce House World provides Customer a limited repair and replacement warranty and warrants only that the Products, identified by category below, will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable, and without material defect in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date Customer receives the order, with the exception of the following:

A) Inflatables manufactured by Bounce House World: One (1) calendar year from the date Customer receives the order with the exception of the following:

i. All inflatables used in Indoor Centers are covered for one (1) calendar year from the date Customer receives the order.
ii. All inflatables used in Indoor Centers and manufactured with IPC quality are covered for one (1) calendar year from the date Customer receives the order.
iii. All inflatables used in Indoor Centers and manufactured with IPC quality and fabric are covered for one (1) calendar year from the date Customer receives the order.
iv. All Water Ride Inflatables intended to be used with water are covered for one (1) calendar year from the date Customer receives the order.

B) Pieces, parts, and accessories (e.g. slide lining, climber lining, etc.) ordered from Bounce House World: Forty-five (45) calendar days from the date Customer receives the order.

C) Other equipment (not manufactured by Bounce House World), including Blowers: No warranty of any kind is extended by Bounce House World, but Bounce House World will, to the extent it can legally and contractually do so, assign to Customer, at Customer's request, all warranties on such other equipment, if any, offered by the manufacturer or supplier of such other equipment.

The Blower supplied with Inflatable Products is covered by the Blower Manufacturer’s own warranty. Any claims of defect in the Blower must be directed to the Blower Manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.

D) Custom Products. No warranty of any kind is extended by Bounce House World for Custom Products unless noted on the invoice.

E) Digital Printed Graphics. No warranty of any kind is extended for digital printed graphics. Digital printed graphics may chip or peel due to the type of ink Bounce House World is required to use to comply with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations. INKS AND LAMINATES USED ON INFLATABLE PRODUCTS ARE A WATER-BASED SUBSTANCE THAT MAY NOT TOTALLY ADHERE TO ALL VINYL SURFACES WHEN APPLIED.

A Product shall not be considered defective if it is a different color than shown in Bounce House World catalog or website, and no warranty is made relating to color. Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate the Bounce House World limited warranty. The Bounce House World warranty does not cover damage to Products due to misuse, improper handling or storage, improper maintenance and care, or abusive or negligent treatment of the Products. This warranty shall become void if an Inflatable Product is packed wet or repaired by any repair agency not approved by Bounce House World. Customer must use stakes, sandbags, tie-downs, and ground cover at all times to ensure the safety of patrons and the equipment. This warranty is not a guarantee that the Product will not, through use, handling, and storage, develop tears or punctures from time to time, the repair of which is the responsibility of Customer. The determination of whether damage to Products is covered by the Bounce House World limited warranty is at Bounce House World's sole discretion. Bounce House World is not responsible for any lost revenue as a result of a warranty claim by Customer. Bounce House World is not responsible for replacing any Inflatable Product with a loaner Product during a repair of a Product under warranty. Bounce House World shall make all such repairs, replacements, and corrections of any manufacturing defects with care.

Defects must become apparent, and must be reported to Bounce House World, within the applicable warranty period.

Bounce House World's liability for warranty claims is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

If you notice noticeable damage to your box or pallet order upon delivery, do not accept the delivery until you've inspected the item. Signing for a visibly damaged freight order may limit our ability to file a damage claim on your behalf. If you realize your item is damaged, please call us immediately at 1-(888)-277-0330 so we can initiate a damage claim and arrange for a replacement. Damage claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery. If your item is damaged during shipping, there is no cost to return the item or receive a replacement.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

We primarily use common carrier freight for most orders over 75 pounds, ensuring efficient delivery of our commercial bounce houses and residential inflatables. Some lighter orders may still go via FedEx. If you require expedited FedEx Ground shipping, please contact us at 1-(888)-277-0330. However, please note that expediting LTL Freight Orders is challenging, with no guarantees unless you're purchasing a full truckload of inventory. For specific delivery requirements or questions, please reach out to us.

Do I Need to Be Present to Sign for Delivery?

Yes, in most cases. All FedEx orders over $75 and all Freight orders require a signature for delivery to ensure secure receipt. Orders under $75 may be delivered without your signature. You can also arrange to pick up FedEx orders from their location if needed.

What If I Lack a Loading Dock or Forklift for Pallet Freight Delivery?

For our pallet freight delivery, it's essential to have a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift to accept the freight. If you don't have these facilities, you can request delivery to our nearest freight terminal. Alternatively, we offer home delivery with a liftgate service for an additional $125 added to your shipping rate.

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Home delivery involves delivering your pallet to your curb using a smaller liftgate truck. The driver will offload the pallet near your curb, and you're responsible for moving it to your desired location. The driver will call to schedule delivery, and your presence is required to sign for the freight; neighbors cannot sign on your behalf.   • Shipping to Commercial Business Addresses: Free shipping is available to commercial business addresses equipped with loading docks or forklifts. We understand the unique needs of businesses, and we're happy to offer this option to streamline your delivery process.
  • Alternate Shipping Options: If your delivery address doesn't meet the commercial business criteria mentioned above, you have the option to choose delivery to the nearest freight terminal. This flexible approach allows you to receive your order conveniently.
  • Optional Home Delivery: For added convenience, we offer home delivery with a liftgate service for an additional $125 fee. This service is ideal for customers who prefer to have their orders brought directly to their doorstep.
